Flexible Direction Change Solution
Pre-shaped elbow hose is another professional dredging product provided by CDSR. It is mainly installed in special parts of the equipment to change the direction of pipeline transportation. Different from ordinary pipes, pre-shaped elbow hoses provide excellent shock absorption effects due to their special materials and structures, and they play an important role in protecting the equipment as a whole.
This product provides a variety of options, including elbow hose with steel nipple, reducing elbow hose with steel nipple and elbow hose with sandwich flange to meet different connection requirements. The Pre-shaped elbow hose is specially designed for conveying media with a specific gravity of 1.0 g/cm³ to 2.3 g/cm³, and is suitable for seawater, fresh water, and mixtures of silt, clay and fine sand.
It should be emphasized that due to the continuous excessive wear caused by the bending angle of the pipe body, Pre-shaped elbow hoses are not suitable for long-term transportation of medium-coarse sand, gravel and other large-particle media with high abrasiveness. For such high-wear working conditions, it is recommended to use specially designed armored elbow hoses.
