The "Tong Jun" is a super-large trailing suction hopper dredger with a capacity of 35,000 cubic meters, owned by CCCC Tianjin Dredging Co., Ltd., and is equipped with a CDSR PU Head Float with a diameter of 1200mm. Enhanced by PU materials, comprehensive performance breakthrough
This head float uses Spray Polyurea Elastomer (PU) as the protective outer layer. The multiple superior properties of this material provide core support for the product's quality:
1.Catalyst-free, fast curing speed, and can be sprayed onto any curved, inclined, and vertical surface, adapting to the complex structural requirements of bow-blown floats;
2.Insensitive to moisture and temperature, application is not limited by the environment, and it can be sprayed and cured normally even in low temperatures of -28℃ or on ice surfaces;
3.Utilizes a two-component, 100% solids formula, free of any volatile organic compounds (VOCs), achieving environmentally friendly, pollution-free green construction, and is safe and harmless during use;
4.Supports thermal spraying or pouring processes, with a single application thickness ranging from hundreds of micrometers to several centimeters, completely solving the drawbacks of traditional products requiring multiple applications;
5.It has excellent physical and chemical properties, with extremely high tensile and impact strength, good flexibility, excellent wear resistance and aging resistance, and also has anti-slip and anti-corrosion effects;
6.It exhibits outstanding thermal stability, allowing for long-term use at 120℃ and withstanding short-term thermal shocks of 350℃, making it suitable for complex temperature scenarios in dredging operations.
