Safe and reliable: CDSR oil hose supports offshore oil transfer operations

With the increase in global energy demand and the development of deep-sea oil exploration, oil transfer technology in offshore facilities has attracted more and more attention. Marine Oil Hose is one of the most important equipment in offshore oil field development. It is used to transport crude oil to offshore platforms or tankers and other facilities. The development of offshore oil hose technology has played an important role in improving the efficiency of oil field development and ensuring the safety of oil transportation.

CDSR oil hose can meet the use requirements of fixed oil production platform, jack up drilling platform, single buoy mooring system, refining plant and wharf warehouse, etc. The working environment has strict requirements on oil hose strings. In the seawater environment, there are factors such as seawater corrosion, adhesion of marine organisms, and complex seabed terrain, which will affect the performance and service life of the hose.

CDSR oil hose has a lining made of elastomer and fabric suitable for continuous operation at a flow velocity of 21 meters/second (customized hose is available for higher flow rates). The exposed internal and external surfaces of the end fittings and flanges (including flange faces) is protected by hot dip galvanisation in accordance with EN ISO 1461, from the corrosion caused by seawater, salt mist and transmission medium.

Safety performance and reliability are important considerations in the development of oil hose technology. Since hoses are exposed to the marine environment all year round, oil spills will pose a huge threat to the ecological environment and personnel safety. Therefore, CDSR fully considerthe safety factor in the design of the hose. At the same time, CDSR will conduct strict quality control and testing during the hose manufacturing process and before delivery to ensure the reliability of the hose.
